In an effort to assist in fostering community pride and involvement, promoting economic development and encouraging tourism in Lambton Shores, community groups, businesses, not for-profit organizations, places of worship and individuals are permitted to use the municipal facility signs for events taking place in municipal buildings or on municipal property.

1. The Municipality of Lambton Shores reserves the right to remove the message at any time at the discretion of the Community Services Department.
2. The Municipality reserves the right to deny message displays at the discretion of the Community Services Department.
3. Messages must be submitted at least one week prior to display date – failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the sign usage.
4. Sign usage is given on a first come, first serve basis.
5. Requested start and end dates may not be possible on the signs that are manually changed as events will be placed on the signs as time and space permits.
6. Sign usage will be granted to qualified persons and groups wishing to use the sign to advertise events in the community at no cost; or fundraising events for local not-for-profit/charity groups.
